totul bine. Sunt prompti, am primit toate informarile si documentele necesare. Un minus pentru agentia care ne-a preluat in antalya (akay) destul de dezorganizati. Ne-au comunicat ore eronate, altor turisti la fel, a trebuit sa asteptam la 4 dimineata aprox. 30 de minute dupa turisti, si nu numai.
