foarte mulțumită, cu o excepție am plătit in avans pe directbooking cu voucherele de vacanță și din această cauză nu am mai putut folosi diferenta de vouchere pentru plata meselor la locație. Ca să le pot folosi trebuia să plătesc direct către ei și se punea consumația pe cameră. aș fi vrut ca directbooking să mă informeze cu privire la acest aspect sau să informeze pe viitorii clienți să nu pățească ca noi.
